The Car Show Collective: Show of Shows
Regular show-goer Jack Williams thought he’d found a niche in the market last year when he developed the Car Show Collective along with his father and brother.
The idea was simple – to provide a reliable online source to see what car events were happening around the UK throughout each year. The group began developing something of a following very early on thanks to the reliable and comprehensive information it offered. So much so, in fact, that less than a year after the collective was established, Jack was already in talks to create his own show!
Aptly named the ‘Show of Shows’, the event took place back in May in Jack’s home county of Kent. Set in the grand grounds of Penshurst Place, the event undoubtedly lived up to its name, with a fantastic range of modified cars in attendance for the sun-filled day.
“We had around 2000 people attend throughout the day with a HUGE variety of cars on show,” Jack proudly explains. Not bad at all for a first show!
With brands such as Gumball 3000, FittedUK, Low Collective and Wheel Whores all supporting the show, the flavour of the day was all about stance. Although it fell the day after Japfest, we were impressed with the big turnout of tasty Japanese cars on display, as you can probably see in the pictures.
We’re already looking forward to see what the Car Show Collective guys come up with next!
